Continuing Students
For students presently enrolled at Creative Middle School
Students presently enrolled are given the privilege of pre-registration or reservation for the following school year.
Reservations will be entertained only on the dates announced by the school. Reservation will be official upon the completion of the following:
Re-enrollment application or reservation form
Payment of reservation fee (non-refundable, non-transferable)
During the registration/enrolment dates, students should present the original copy of their latest resport card to the Registrar’s Office for evaluation, authentication, or cancellation purposes. Continuing students who have not completed the reservation procedure will be accepted depending on the number of available slots.
