Application and Enrollment
Good health, good moral, mental and psychological capacity and competence are essential requisites for school admission.
Admission is granted with the definite understanding that you and your parents/guardians agree to comply with the scholastic standards and the regulations of the school. The school reserves the right to treat all violations of the rules and regulations in accordance with its system of discipline and guidance. Likewise, the school can also refuse the admission of any student with delinquent records and those who have been dismissed/expelled for cause from another school.
Admission to the school is a privilege, not a right. The school will only admit students who meet and pass their academic and conduct requirements.
For new students, returning students and transferees.
For students presently enrolled at Creative Middle School.
